Social Media Executive

Duties
- Development and delivery of social media content to support a wider communications strategy
- Liaise with other workstreams in order to implement a social media calendar that would then be rolled out across social media channels
- Design and create targeted e-mail campaigns
- Analyse data to ensure KPIs are met and impact is maximised
- Ensure social media channels are relevant and up-to-date
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with the communications team to curate engaging content for internal communications
- Develop and design videos, graphics and newsletters
- Social media monitoring
Skills & requirements
- A third level degree or equivalent in Journalism/Digital Marketing/Communications or other relevant discipline
- Proficient in the creation of high quality and creative content, social media assets, graphics
- Experience scheduling and delivering messages through an up-to-date content calendar working with the wider communications team to help deliver key messages and support on campaigns and activity
- Strong writing skills, must have excellent grammar and spelling, creating posts that grab the attention of the audience
- Competent in working within visual media design software to create exciting content that helps achieve our business aims
- Up to date with all developments in social media, new platforms and new features introduced
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with media and key stakeholders
- Excellent critical thinking skills to interpret and analyse data
- The ability to work within a team to deliver quality service and excellent stakeholder management
