Job Title: PR Account Manager (consumer)

Location: Hybrid working - remote and office-based (Blackrock, flexible WFH/office schedule)

About the Role: The PR Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a broad portfolio of exciting clients. The role includes supporting the wider team to grow the business and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ agency experience (essential)
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in communications, public relations or related field (beneficial but not essential)

Experience Required In:

  • Campaign Planning: Input into overall strategy, creative concept development, managing client feedback, campaign roll-out and implementation.
  • Client Management & Relationship Building: Anticipating client needs and managing expectations, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Media Relations: Strong understanding of the Irish media landscape and strong personal media contacts.
  • Writing: Strong writing skills across press release drafting, copywriting, briefs, social media posts etc.
  • Influencer Marketing: Strong knowledge of the Irish influencer landscape, profile analysis, briefings, contract management, content management and review, campaign evaluation etc.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Strong understanding of and experience across social platforms, general understanding of insights, analytics and tools, and campaign evaluations.
  • Reporting & Budget Management: Campaign reviews and analysis, ability to draft and manage campaign budgets for best ROI.
