As a Client Executive, you will work primarily with our Communications and PR teams while also contributing to the growing need for social media expertise in our campaigns. In this role, you’ll assist with the preparation of research, reports, and communications content, while supporting our team’s social media efforts—crafting engaging posts, analysing performance metrics, and helping to develop content strategies across various platforms.

The Role:
As a Client Executive, you will work primarily with our Communications and PR teams while also contributing to the growing need for social media expertise in our campaigns. In this role, you’ll assist with the preparation of research, reports, and communications content, while supporting our team’s social media efforts—crafting engaging posts, analysing performance metrics, and helping to develop content strategies across various platforms.
You will be involved in all aspects of public relations work, from traditional media outreach to the expanding role of social media in corporate communications. You’ll gain valuable experience in both areas while receiving on-the-job training and mentorship to accelerate your career in communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns for clients, including drafting press releases, crafting media pitches, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide social media support, including creating content, monitoring trends, and producing analytics reports to ensure campaigns are performing at optimal levels.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in news, current affairs, and social media trends, identifying opportunities for client engagement.
- Support the team by conducting research on industry trends, media landscapes, and competitor activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for clients, summarising key takeaways and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communications align with corporate objectives and business strategy.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and support the team in including these considerations in client communications to highlight responsible business practices.
You Are:
- Passionate about communications, and the fast-evolving world of social media.
- Experienced in social media (familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X) and comfortable with performance metrics and analytics.
- Highly organised, capable of managing tasks and deadlines
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a supportive, inclusive and ambitious team.
- Open to learning about ESG principles and how they can be reflected in effective communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- A degree or qualification in communications, business, marketing, or a related field, OR demonstrable experience in public relations, social media, or journalism.
- Knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms is a strong plus (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with the Irish media landscape and current affairs is desirable.
