Clerical Officer Grade 3, Public Affairs and Communications Officer

Reporting to: the Head of Strategic Communications and Engagement
Contract type: Permanent Contract (6 Month Probationary Period)
Salary: €54,542.52 - €55,771.52 (3-year scale)
Closing date: Friday 25th of April 2025

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing legislative, political and regulatory developments which may impact the company or wider operating environment. They will assist with administration of all corporate correspondence and provide administrative support with corporate literature. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for public engagement and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including government officials, industry partners, community organisations and advocacy groups.

  • Good knowledge / experience of Microsoft packages / social media
  • Good working knowledge SAP desirable
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Third level degree in business, communications, digital marketing and/or journalism or similar desirable
