The role:
We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Client Manager to join our team. The Client Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful realisation of client-related requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate communications, excellent client management skills and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A knowledge of sustainability and its application in public relations campaigns, as well as within business operations, is highly valued. The position will see the individual working closely with other team members including directors and client executives to ensure that client and organisational objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate communications strategies and campaigns that align with clients' objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business goals, industry dynamics and target audiences to deliver tailored communication solutions.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on reputation management, crisis communications, current affairs and media relations.
- Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of communication materials, including press releases, speeches, key messages, and social media content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging communication tools and technologies.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to business development activity.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field, or equivalent transferable skills.
- Strong knowledge of corporate communications principles, strategies and tactics.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering successful communications campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client management and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and their application in communications.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A team player and contributor, collaborative in a positive team environment and able to inspire and support colleagues.
This position will be a hybrid role working in our Dublin 2 office.
