FleishmanHillard appoints John Saunders as Global Chairman and JJ Carter as President and CEO

New under movers and shakers.

FleishmanHillard has announced the appointment of John Saunders (PRII Life Fellow and DCU honorary Doctor of Philosophy ) as its global Chairman with JJ Carter to become President and CEO from 1 October.

Saunders becomes Chairman after a 37-year relationship with FleishmanHillard, which began in Ireland before he led the firm's Europe, Middle East & Asia (EMEA) operations.

Carter joined FleishmanHillard in 2005 and has spent the past eight years as the agency’s global chief operating officer and Americas president.
