Mentors Wanted - Open Doors Initiative
The goal of the mentorship programme is to provide Open Doors participants with advice and support so that they meet their full potential on their journey to employment. Mentors are professionals from their network of partner companies, representing a range of business sectors and roles, sharing their knowledge, skills and insights with their mentees.
Open Doors provides mentors with training as well as a monthly open Q&A session, and bespoke matches are made based on career goals and interests. The programme lasts from 3 to 6 months and includes six individual meetings with a mentee, which can be done online.
