Open Doors Initiative, Mentors wanted

Our friends in Open Doors need mentors to join its programme as they have a growing waiting list of mentees.

Please share this information with your colleagues - no mentorship experience is required. Mentors from all sectors and backgrounds are welcome to join.

The goal of the mentorship programme is to provide Open Doors participants with advice and support, so that they meet their full potential on their journey to employment. Mentors are professionals from the OD network of partner companies (of which PRII are one), representing a range of business sectors and roles, sharing their knowledge, skills and insights with their mentees.

Open Doors provides mentors with training as well as a monthly open Q&A session, and bespoke matches are made based on career goals and interests. The programme lasts from 3 to 6 months and includes six individual meetings with a mentee, which can be done online.

Open Doors is looking for volunteers to join our Employment Expert programme.
This is a low commitment programme – only 1 hour every 2 months!
Volunteers can choose which topics they’d like to support participants with a CV, LinkedIn profile, or job interview.
