PRII Annual General Meeting 2024

The PRII AGM will take place at 6.30 pm on Thursday 5 December in Dublin Chamber, 7 Clare Street, Dublin 2. Information on the nominees for Council vacancies is now available below.

Members who wish to attend must send in their registrations by emailing [email protected] by this Thursday, 28 November, before 5 pm. Apologies, to be noted, can be sent to that email address as well.

All the normal business of the AGM will be covered, including elections to the National Council, votes on Motions, and reports on Institute finances and activities. All the relevant documents were made available for all members in the Members Only area (MyPRII) of the website.

In line with the rotation requirements of the PRII Memorandum and Articles (Constitution), elections will take place to fill vacancies for PRII President, PRII Vice-President, and one Council Member.

Key Dates: 

  • Thursday 28 November - Deadline for registrations to attend the AGM.
  • Tuesday 3 December – Deadline for Proxy forms from those who cannot attend the AGM.
  • Thursday 5 December - Annual General Meeting at 6:30 pm in Dublin Chamber, followed by a reception to announce two PRII Fellowships.
