PRII Establishes AI in PR Working Group
PRII is delighted to announce the establishment of an AI in PR Working Group, tasked with providing expert guidance on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to public relations and communications professionals in Ireland.
Chaired by PRII President David Geary, the Working Group will serve as a critical resource for the PRII, offering insights into emerging AI trends and their implications for the profession.
The Working Group's objective includes:
Sharing critical regulatory updates, best practices, and thought leadership on AI in public relations and communications with the PRII National Council.
Speaking about the immediate work of the working group, Geary said, "the Working Group will set about drafting a template policy for members and organisations on the use of AI in their business. The group will thereafter seek to keep our membership informed with respect to key developments in this area, sharing thought leadership and peer knowledge to inform and educate. “
