Red Flag Consulting acquired by US-based Ankura Consulting Group
Karl, who owns 75% of Red Flag Consulting, is set to receive over €33 million from the deal. His wife, Deirdre Grant, will continue in her role alongside other key executives, ensuring continuity and stability for the firm.
The deal is structured with a four-year earn-out period, ‘reflecting confidence in the sustained performance and growth of the business’ says the Irish Times.
